How do i change the front tweeters in Skoda Fabia?

I have changed my stereo and realised the front tweeters are making an awful noise... like there blown? So, i want to either change them or disconnect them? How do I remove the panal in the corner of the door?|||in the main connection you can see 2 small line which written as CPS. remove that from your stereo which make off it.
