Seat-belts on an 03 reg Skoda Fabia failed to retract. Is this due to a design fault due to the explosive charge in the design? Apparently, there have been a number of MOT failures reported.|||Dude its a freakin Skoda!

just a freak fault on the belt i guess
wot other problems was there|||The belts in question are supplied to various manufacturers by an outside supplier by the tens of thousands. A dodgy batch is not impossible.
