Headlights and foglights not working on skoda felicia?

on a 1996 skoda felicia GLXi, the headlights, foglights and sidelights are not working at all. indicator lights are OK, as are all the rear lights. the fuses have been checked, and all look OK, none appear to have blown. Does anyone know what may be causing this?|||my answer is try to check it out on auto repair shop maybe there other problem...
