Fit remote controlled central locking to Skoda Fabia?

I have a Skoda Fabia Classic, which has no central locking.

Having just started the school run I have realised what a nightmare it is having to open each door one at a time.

I have had a ring around locally but nowhere seems to fit central locking, specifically remote controlled central locking without it costing nearly what the car is worth.

Any ideas???|||It will always be expensive - no way out of that.

Best trade it in for a model that has it as standard.|||You need a mechanic with a big heart and a donor car from a scrapyard ! Years ago I fitted after market central locking to a car as kits were available then, I doubt that anyones does them now as there is no call for them(except a Fabia classic). You have to ask yourself how much you would be willing to pay for the convenience and then consider putting it towards a car that meets your present demands.|||Due to the amount of work involved, particularly labour costs, it's going to be very expensive. If you can get a quote for under 拢7-800 you'd be doing well.|||this cannot be done cheaply, if at all, the best way to over come this is to put up with it until you change the car.|||Set off 10 mins earlier.
